Waste Tire Recycling Industry
Waste tires are industrial hazardous solid waste, known in the industry as “black pollution”, which cannot be incinerated or buried. However, due to its composition of rubber, steel, carbon black and a variety of chemical substances, it is also known as “black gold mine”.

Pyrolysis Technology for Waste Tire Recycling
According to the comparison and trend of waste tire production and recycling volume in recent years, countries around the world are actively seeking all kinds of technologies to improve the utilization rate of tire recycling. In this regard, Beston provides waste tire recycling solution which converts waste tire to fuel oil through pyrolysis process, turning waste into wealth.

Final Product Application
Tire pyrolysis plant is designed to thermally decompose various waste tires in the absence of oxygen. The final products include pyrolysis oil (40-45%), carbon black (30-35%), syn gas (8-15%) and steel wire (8-15%), respectively.

Pyrolysis oil can be used as ordinary fuel oil, or used to be distilled to get heavy oil components for power generation, and even as gross oil sent to the petrochemical plant for refining to get commercial gasoline and commercial diesel for sale;

Carbon black after grinding can be used as fuel for combustion, to prepare coal, or blended into asphalt concrete paving to improve the high-temperature stability of road surfaces, and even re-used as a raw material for tire processing;

Steel wire can be recycled and reused to produce other metal products, or used in the construction industry, for example to strengthen concrete structures, whose high strength and durability makes it ideal for use as a building material;

Syn gas can be used to generate electricity or heat, and can also be recycled and utilized as a fuel to supply energy for the equipment; harmful gases can be treated by the exhaust gas system to reduce the pollution to the environment.
