Coconut Shell Recycling Industry
Coconut shell charcoal making machine converts coconut shells into charcoal through a process called pyrolysis. During this process, the coconut shells are heated in an oxygen-limited environment, causing them to decompose into charcoal and various byproducts, such as wood vinegar, tar and syngas. These machines are designed to be efficient and eco-friendly, producing high-quality charcoal that can be used for cooking, in water purifiers, and as a raw material in the production of BBQ charcoal. They come in various sizes and capacities, catering to different production requirements, from small-scale operations to industrial production lines.

How a Charcoal Making Machine Works
Here is an operation guide diagram to help you understand how our coconut charcoal machine works. More technical details, please contact us for free consultation.
Here are 6 major systems of the whole charcoal production line. According to your raw material moisture and size, you may need carbonization furnace equipped with corresponding system, such as a crushing system or a drying system. If you’re concerned about environmental emissions, an exhaust treatment system is required.
Crushing system
Based on the size of the raw material, when the granularity>20mm, need to be used with the crushing system
Drying System
If the moisture is between 15%-45%, it is necessary to use with the drying system; If moisture >45%, 2 drying procedures is required;
Carbonization system
Conversion of biomass feedstock into biomass char through pyrolysis at high temperatures and in an anaerobic environment;
Conveying system
Conveyance of raw material to the carbonization system and the biochar to the subsequent treatment stage;
Forming system
Based on the shape of the product, the coconut shell charcoal can be pressed into balls or other shapes;
Exhaust gas system
Adoption of environmentally friendly design, support for optional exhaust gas treatment process in line with local emission standards.
