BLJ-6 Tyre Pyrolysis Plant in Zimbabwe

According to customer’s needs, Beston’s technical team designs a solution of tyre pyrolysis equipment that meets customer’s requirements, including equipment size, power, equipment accessories, etc. In the design process, Beston will put forward reasonable suggestions and optimization schemes according to the actual situation and customers’ needs.

In 2019, customer Eric from Zimbabwe traveled from Zimbabwe to visit Beston’s group headquarters and production base, after listening to the explanation of Beston’s technical solutions and visiting the production process in the factory. During the meeting with the director of international trade department, the customer highly praised Beston Company and expressed his willingness to cooperate in the future, showing full confidence in deep collaboration.

After receiving customer’s order, Beston factory has arranged the production as soon as possible. This is a standard set of BLJ-6 batch tyre pyrolysis equipment. During the production process, we have dedicated staff to send the production progress every week to customers in Zimbabwe, so that the customer can grasp the information in time.

All production work is done based on the schedule. After that we arrange shipment. All shipments are packed and sent to the nearest port for shipment to Zimbabwe.

Due to the epidemic situation, we hired professional engineers for online installation and debugging guidance. Everything is going well.
