Pulp Molding Machine Production Process

The whole production process is divided into four steps including the pulp-making process, molded process, edge-cutting process, and packing process. The following process chart takes semi-automatic equipment as an example and the raw materials take pulp board as an example.

Pulp Making Process
Put the pulp board into the hydraulic pulper and pulping machine, mix it with water and turn the pulp board into coarse pulp, which is then transported to the homogenization tank and becomes a fine slurry. And then the fine slurry is transported to the slurry tank for use by the molding machine.
Molded Process
The pulp is injected into the pulp pool or pulp tank. Then the pulp is molded into tableware or industrial packaging by the forming machine and hot-press machine. During the process, there is some water produced. The water is transported through the vacuum tank and vacuum pump to the water tank and reused.
Edge-cutting Process
The molded products are transferred to the side-cut shears by humans or the mechanical arm to complete the edge-cutting process.
Packaging Process
The products are transferred to the packer for packaging and collected by people.
