Work Flow of Pulp Molding Machine
Pulp molding equipment can be subdivided into pulp molding tableware making machine, industrial packing machine and egg tray machine, which have similar workflow or principles. Here is work process video of pulp molding machine.
The raw material will be put into the hydraulic pulper to become coarse pulp under the action of water and impeller. Then the coarse pulp enters into the homogenizing pool, where the coarse pulp is refined by the pulper, while different kinds of additives can be added to improve the quality of the finished product. Adjust the pulp concentration, the pulp flows into the finished pulp pool and molding machine.
The forming machine draws pulp into the molds of the forming machine. A vacuum system sucks the pulp into the molds of the forming machine and draws the excess water into a water vapor separation tank. A water pump pumps the water into a tank for storage. The molds absorb the pulp into shape, then the robot of the forming machine removes the finished product and sends it to the drying conveyor.
Paper products are dried by single or multi-layer metal drying systems. Metal drying system covers a small space and has a high drying efficiency, which is suitable for clients who have limited space and a high cost of labors. However, coal or wood can’t be used as the heating source, which may affect the quality of final products.
Final, finished paper products enter into the last stage. After drying and rinsing, the paper products are collected by a skimmer and packaged by the packing system.
