Paper Pulp Making Process

First, put all the waste paper into the hydra pulper and pulp pool, mix with water and turn the waste paper into pulp. Usually, the composition of the waste paper partially affects the final quality of the trays.

Pulp Tray Molded Process

Due to the negative pressure and vacuum absorption, the pulp is turned into trays in the pulp forming mold. An air compressor and a vacuum pump will help this work to run smoothly.

Egg Tray Packaging Process

After drying, egg trays are stacked by the stacker of egg tray making machine. The purpose of stacking is to save space and reduce transport costs.
