Working Process Of Continuous Rice Husk Carbonization Furnace
The raw material is firstly ignited in the rice hull gasifier, and then the flue gas can be piped into the cooling system, then we can get the combustible gas, which can be used to carbonize the raw material. During the whole working process, the combustible gas such as carbon monoxide, methane, oxygen and other recyclable combustible gas can be purified and be circular used.
1.Central control can be designed according to the customer’s request, which can be separate the operator and machine.
2.Combustible gas was recycled to the burner, combustion device with pressure gauge, pressure relief valves and electronic ignition device.
3.Configured with the casing (protective shell), which can prevent the body contacting the high temperature directly.

After the process which includes high temperature pyrolysis, volatile gas, sulfur emission, carbon enrichment of garbage disposal technology, the end product we get is man-made carbon which owns fixed higher carbon content (about 90%), Compared with the general coal, it is about twice its carbon content ( usually fixed carbon content of coal is 55% ). Besides, it is a new type of high-grade fuel with good flammability, while some biomass after carbonization has very strong activation (it can be activated up to 75%), There is no doubt that it is an ideal material for manufacturing activated carbon. Activated carbon can be processed by our carbon black processing plant to get fine activated carbon.
